Associate Degree in Business (Human Resource Management)


The Course is designed to provide students with the ability to identify and analyze business problems, collect relevant data used for formulating and implementing business plans that respond effectively to current business environments. Associate degree programs in business management or administration will offer coursework or concentration options in human resource management. Those specializing in marketing will receive in-depth instruction in important marketing methods and techniques including advertising approaches to pricing strategies that applies to the real world. Students of an associate degree program in HRM learn how to train, hire, manage and develop a business' personnel. HRM specialization prepares students to become key players in assisting organizations to achieve their goals through employee selection and development. They also learn basic administration and organizational skills as well as how to manage employee benefits and conduct business in a legal and ethical manner.

20 years old, Completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program (available in Mandhu College)
